Now I am 23.5 yrs old. I made an unsuccessful attempt in Prelims 2018. Now-a-days it is being heard that the age limit and chances for general category are going to be reduced. So the question is – Due to some health issues and other uncommon reasons my preparation are not enough for prelims 2019 and if I skip prelims 2019, am I going to loose a chance (not able to attempt all 6 attempts)…..?
